District Manager (Field Consultant)The District Manager (Field Consultant) is a position of ultimate responsibility for an assigned number of stores within a territory. Must demonstrate a commitment to personal development and to individual store and overall company success.The Field Consultant is responsible for the daily operation and execution of company strategy in each store in the assigned territory. To provide our customers with total satisfaction. To serve our community through volunteerism and produce a return on assets which will assure the future prosperity of our employees and our company. To be an ambassador of our "Living Brand" by building relationships with our customers.Must be able to be on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per weekMust have a valid driver's licenseMust be at least 21 years of ageMust have at least a High School diploma or equivalentReliable transportationMust be able to travel daily between all Family Express locations or other non-Family Express locations when necessary.Ability to obtain and maintain and Indiana alcohol manager designationCompletion of training requirements (ie. ServSafe, Cravin's To Order, etc)Meets and exceeds expectations of the Family Express culture including building relationships, promoting the Living Brand, and serves as a product brand advocate as outlined in the Culture Audit expectationsAdheres to company approved accounting proceduresEffectively operates all store equipmentEnsures minimum image standards at all timesAssists store manager with recruiting and interviewing qualified applicantsLeads, motivates, inspires, trains, and coaches all employeesEnsures store security and safety for all customers and employees. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.Must have flexibility to work all shifts, all days of the week, when necessary. Ability to tolerate extreme temperatures for minimum of 30-minute intervals. Exposure to cleaning solvents.Salary Description $75,000 + Annually
