Quality Labor Management is seeking experienced Rough Carpenters to join our team. As a Rough Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing the structural framework of buildings and other construction projects. Duties include building walls, floors, roofs, and other wood or metal framework components for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail will play a key role in maintaining the structural integrity and success of our projects. Key Responsibilities: Construct and install building frameworks, including walls, floors, and roofs. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Measure, cut, and assemble wood, metal, and other building materials. Install structural supports, sheathing, and decking. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Ensure all work complies with project specifications and safety regulations. Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades on job sites. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
