Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of precast transportation projects, including scope, schedule, budget, invoicing, and client communications. Lead and mentor project teams of engineers, drafters, and support staff. Oversee QA/QC on all project deliverables, ensuring compliance with ACI 318, AASHTO LRFD, and IBC codes. Direct the preparation of construction bid packages and ensure coordination with regulatory agencies. Perform technical reviews, resolve design challenges, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Foster a team culture focused on excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction. Support business development activities and contribute to proposal writing and project scoping. Qualifications: Education: B.S. in Civil Engineering (M.S. preferred). Experience: 8–15 years of experience in precast engineering, including transportation projects; prior project management experience preferred. Licensure: Professional Engineering (PE) license required. Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AutoCAD and RISA 3D. Code Knowledge: Strong familiarity with ACI 318, AASHTO LRFD, and IBC.
