Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to facilitate recovery. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Promote a positive and motivating environment for patients. Requirements Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina. Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement. CPR certification and knowledge of current best practices required. Flexibility to work PRN or part-time hours as needed. Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
