Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (Part-time)
Location: Massillon, Ohio 44646
Duration: Approximately 4 months (with possible extension) Key Responsibilities
• Provided primary care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Assessed, diagnosed, and managed acute and chronic conditions; performed comprehensive exams
• Developed and implemented patient care plans within scope of practice
• Ordered and interpreted diagnostic tests; coordinated specialty referrals
• Prescribed medications and treatments per regulatory guidelines
• Maintained accurate, compliant medical documentation
• Supervised and guided nursing staff and caregivers
• Provided staff education and ensured adherence to clinical and legal standards Required Qualifications
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Ohio
• Master s degree in Nursing or related field
• Board certification (ANCC or equivalent)
