Chef Manager

Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a passionate Chef Manager to lead culinary operations at Aloha Nursing & Rehab Centre, a 130+ bed long‑term care community in beautiful Kaneohe, Hawaii. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape a modern dining program from the ground up, creating exceptional experiences for residents, employees, visitors, and guests while leading a dedicated team in a rewarding healthcare environment. What You'll Do Lead daily culinary and dining operations, ensuring high-quality food, service, and presentation standards. Supervise, coach, and develop a team of approximately 12 frontline employees. Manage scheduling, labor planning, inventory, purchasing, and food cost controls. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and regulatory requirements while enhancing the overall dining experience.
