Description Specialization: Emergency Medicine Family Medicine without OB Job Summary: HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our dynamic team Fort Walton Beach, FL. Qualified Candidates: Must be board certified NCCPA or AANP/ANCC One-year Emergency Room experience as an APP Will accept new Emergency NP or NP/PA with Emergency Medicine fellowship Must obtain ATLS within six months of starting Mixed schedule, some nights required Incentives/Benefits: Employee Status Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k with company match Flexible scheduling Facility Information: FWDH: 309 bed HCA level 2 trauma facility 44 bed Emergency Department with fast track 8 hours pediatric Emergency Room coverage daily Medical ICU- 33 beds (plus an additional 8 CVICU beds) Stealth navigation system with O arm and Mazor spine robot Certified primary stroke center working towards comprehensive stroke certification Currently hosting 3rd and 4th year D.O. students from Auburn s VCOM (D.O.)
