Production Supervisor (Full-time)

Production Department Supervisor Lead Operations. PalletOne, Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Department Supervisor to lead safe, efficient, and high-quality operations across multiple departments and shifts. This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing leader who enjoys developing teams, improving processes, and driving results in a fast-paced production environment. As a supervisor, you'll play a key role in meeting production goals, controlling costs, and fostering a culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will oversee daily production operations while developing employees and ensuring alignment with business goals, safety requirements, and company standards. Lead and manage production operations across multiple departments and shifts Plan work activities, set expectations, and ensure production targets are met Monitor and manage department costs, profitability, and inventory Conduct employee performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support development planning Ensure compliance with all UFP policies, procedures, and applicable laws Prepare reports and maintain accurate production and operational records Work closely with maintenance to support equipment reliability and preventative maintenance Operate a forklift when needed to support production flow If assigned to the Treating Department, follow all hazardous material handling procedures We're looking for a confident, organized, and people-focused leader with strong manufacturing knowledge and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement. 3-5 years of manufacturing experience

• Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic production environment
• Successfully complete forklift driver certification

Experience managing agendas, meetings, and visual production tools Strong working knowledge of Inside UFPI systems, Citrix, and professional email communication Familiarity with the Precise Plant Quality Program and quality troubleshooting Understanding of preventative maintenance, standard work instructions, and equipment processes Proven ability to train employees, document training, and support skill development We support our supervisors with the tools, training, and collaboration needed to succeed-while offering the opportunity to make a real impact on people, processes, and performance.
