Net Accessibility Developer
Des Moines, IA - REMOTE
The ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of WCAG guidelines.
- Perform manual and automated testing and document accessibility compliance
- Write reports describing accessibility issues and recommendations for resolving them
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills, written communication skills, and presentation skills.
- Thrive working in a collaborative team environment that embraces change and encourages innovation.
Required Skills:
- C#, ASP.Net, MVC, CORE, Restful APIs Required 4years
- Entity Framework or comparable ORM Required 4years
- HTML/CSS, JavaScript or jQuery Required 4 years
- Azure DevOps, GIT GitHub Enterprise Required 2years
- Automated unit testing Required 2 years
- Developing on an agile scrum team Required 2years
- TSQL language skills working with MS SQL Required 2 years
- Bootstrap 4 or above Required 1 year TypeScript/Angular 6 or above Desired 1 year
- Knowledge of WCAG guidelines Desired 1 year
- Experience with Accessibility Evaluation Tools Desired 1 year
- Experience with Assistive Technologies across multiple platforms. Including Screen Readers, Magnification, and Read-aloud tools (e.g., Voice Over, NVDA, JAWS, ZoomText, Dragon Naturally Speaking) Desired 1 year.
