AI Agent Engineer
Experience
- 10+ years in software/data architecture with at least 5+ years in AI/ML solutioning.
- Provide technical leadership on AI application onboarding, agent registration, prompt management, and governance workflow.
- Proven track record of leading AI/ML architecture in large-scale, complex enterprises.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML and AI/GenAI, including LLMs, Agents, Prompt Engineering, AI governance concepts, and RAG architectures.
Skills
- Deep understanding of AI security, compliance, and governance practices.
- Strong Software Engineering Background with 7-10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Python, data modelling, and architecture.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Bridge the gap between enterprise architecture and implementation teams.
- Accelerate delivery of AI-related initiatives by converting conceptual requirements into actionable technical designs.
- Develop prototypes, integrations, and frameworks that support enterprise AI adoption.
- Provide technical leadership on AI application onboarding, agent registration, prompt management, and governance workflows.
- Reduce dependency on multiple specialized resources by combining software engineering expertise with architectural thinking.
- Help establish reusable patterns, standards, and design guidance for future AI implementations.
Salary Range- $110,000-$120,000 a year
