Your responsibilities include:/pulliConducting patient visits to assess nursing needs/liliCompleting initial evaluation visits and developing individualized plans of care/liliPerforming ongoing assessments and revising plans as needed under physician direction/liliProviding skilled nursing treatments and educating patients and caregivers on disease processes, self-care, and prevention/liliInitiating preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures as ordered/liliPreparing clinical and progress notes and coordinating services with other care team members/liliCommunicating directly with physicians and staff to ensure continuity of care/liliRe-evaluating patient needs and assisting with discharge planning/liliSupervising LPNs, vocational nurses, and home health aides when appropriate/liliPracticing infection control and universal precautions/liliReporting suspected abuse according to state and federal guidelines/liliAssisting with office tasks and new-nurse orientation when needed/li/ulpYou take pride in providing high-quality care that truly impacts patients lives./ppQualifications/pulliGraduate of an approved school of professional nursing/liliActive RN license in the state of Oklahoma/liliAt least 1 year of nursing experience/liliCPR certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)/liliValid drivers license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance/liliAbility to travel long distances and adapt to changing schedules/liliExperience in home health, critical care, or emergency care is preferred/li/ulpWere looking for someone who communicates clearly, stays calm under pressure, manages time well, and works effectively both independently and as part of a team./ppWork Schedule/ppPRN position with flexible hours Friday through Monday/ppReady to Join Our Team?/ppOur application process is quick and simple.
