Details:

• Full-time opportunity features a highly desirable schedule of just seven 24-hour in-house shifts per month, offering exceptional work-life balance while maintaining meaningful clinical impact.
• Total compensation package exceeding $200/hour — starting at $160/hr base plus comprehensive benefits including a $40,000 sign-on bonus, 401K match, tail coverage, malpractice, CME allowance, and relocation support.
• Additional earning opportunities may include extra shifts, emergency coverage, holiday premium pay, surgery assist compensation, and shift coverage at additional regional medical centers.
• A partner-provider 12-hour daytime shift model may also be available.
• Responsibilities:
Labor and delivery coverage OB triage Emergency Department consults Delivery backup First assist for C-sections Support for obstetric and gynecologic emergencies Inpatient consultative services Community OB/GYN providers cover advanced gynecologic surgery and serve as backup support, allowing hospitalists to focus on core inpatient OB/GYN hospitalist responsibilities.
• The Winston-Salem-area OB Hospitalist team averages approximately three service deliveries monthly and 244 encounters monthly, creating a manageable clinical environment with meaningful patient impact and strong interdisciplinary collaboration.
