Fabrication Shop Helper (Bilingual)
Irving, TX
Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
Raise and opportunity for permanent hire after 31⁄2 months

Schedule:

Start time: 7:00 AM
8–12 hour shifts, depending on production demands
Overtime available as needed

Job Duties:

Assist with production of post-tension cables
Handle and move heavy materials throughout the shop
Support machine operators and production staff
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow quality and safety procedures
Work efficiently to meet production goals

Requirements:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Ability to lift and work with heavy post-tension cables
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Dependable and punctual
Ability to stand, walk, and work for extended periods
Manufacturing, warehouse, or construction experience is a plus
