Brand Marketing Director

Brand Marketing Director

The Director of Brand Marketing at Nutrafol will own the brand strategy, positioning, and narrative to enhance the masterbrand. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behaviors, particularly in the hair care and wellness sectors. The Director will lead research initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and be accountable for the successful launch and performance of new products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand strategy and positioning.
Conduct primary and secondary research for competitive analysis.
Collaborate on naming and claims with Creative and Legal teams.
Shape product launches based on consumer insights.
Manage brand marketing budget and oversee innovation pricing.
Lead cross-company teams and provide updates to leadership.
Track post-launch performance and refine product offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8–12 years in brand management or marketing.
DTC experience is essential.
Strong commercial instincts across e-commerce and omnichannel.
Proven ability to develop integrated brand strategies.
Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
