Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities performed by team members across multiple locations

• Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company standards for hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations

• Train new staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations

• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage

• Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels and address any deficiencies promptly

• Enforce safety procedures related to industrial cleaning, hazardous materials handling, and equipment operation

• Communicate effectively with management and clients to address specific cleaning requirements or concerns

Requirements

• Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience in a cleaning or janitorial setting

• Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward high performance

• Effective managerial communication skills for training staff and liaising with clients or management

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments
