Back of House (BOH) [Kitchen]:

As a BOH team member, you will be like the director behind the scenes. Guests will not know you by your face, but by how you prepare their food with care. Responsibilities include supporting the team, preparing our high-quality food with precision, and ensuring Chick-fil-A standards are met. You will ensure safe, accurate, and consistent service.

Front of House (FOH) [Customer Service]:

As a FOH team member, you will be on the front line; ensuring satisfaction, care, cleanliness, and an extraordinary experience.

Responsibilities include welcoming our guests, taking orders with kindness, preparing orders with accuracy, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that every guest knows Chick-fil-A LakePoint cares. You will ensure safe, accurate, and consistent service.

Requirements:

• At least 15 years old at the time of hire
• Have a reliable means of transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Work effectively in a noisy and hot environment
• Perform well in high-pressure situations
• Feel comfortable working in an outdoor environment
• Follow health and hygiene standards
