When Does the Adventure Begin?

This role is for our exciting spring/summer 2025 season!
What You'll Be Doing:

Assist in training and developing our kitchen team.
Support with ordering, inventory, and other management tasks.
Act as Manager on Duty when needed.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and food safety.
Help prepare daily staff lunches.
Coordinate food preparation and packing for rafting and fishing trips.
Prepare and serve riverside dinners to guests.
Monitor trip schedules to ensure food readiness.
Coordinate logistics for overnight rafting trips.
Serve as a liaison between kitchen staff and other departments.
Provide food support for special events.
Offer assistance to guests and team members.
Be a versatile team player, handling various tasks as needed.
What You'll Need:

Previous kitchen, food service, or catering experience preferred.
Valid driver's license.
