\n • Support Staff Available: Support department for EMR and clinical operations\n
\n

\n • Reason for Coverage: Growth and system expansion of psychiatry services\n

\n PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE \n

\n • Hospital Privileges Required: Yes\n
\n

\n • Credentialing Timeline: 90–120 days post-offer\n
\n

\n COMPENSATION & BENEFITS \n

\n • Rate: Highly competitive salary (Negotiable)\n

\n • Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Indiana has favorable malpractice laws\n

\n • Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry\n

\n • Experience: Open to all experience levels\n

\n • Other Qualifications: EPIC EMR proficiency; supportive, team-based work culture\n

\n DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES \n

\n • Provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric services\n
\n

\n • Participate in 1:8 or better weekend/holiday inpatient rounding\n
\n

\n • Utilize EPIC EMR system for all documentation\n
\n

\n • Collaborate with a collegial and expanding physician group\n
\n

\n • Support the continued development of psychiatry services in a growth-oriented health system\n
\n
