Costing Support Specialist

Location: Minneapolis

Job type: Full time

Schedule: Standard Daytime hours, Monday-Friday

Base Salary: $23.00 - $30.00

• Compensation for this position includes hourly salary, fixed short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role as well as the geographic location of the role.

What You’ll Do

We're looking for a detail-oriented Costing Support Specialist to support pricing, costing, and rebate processes across the business. In this role, you'll work with data, vendors, and internal teams to improve costing accuracy and provide timely support to sales.

You will…

• Prepare data and reports to support costing decisions.
• Manage vendor special pricing agreement submissions.
• Support rebate processing and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to pricing requests and support sales teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve costing accuracy and processes.

What You Bring

Requirements:

• 2+ years of office experience or a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with Excel and business systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma/GED.
