Sr. Procurement Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Procurement Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will oversee procurement operations that support large-scale purchases, contract execution, and supplier performance across the organization. The Sr. Procurement Manager will partner with internal stakeholders to shape procurement strategy, strengthen contract management, and help establish policies and procedures that improve consistency and control. In addition, this person will provide leadership to a team, balancing daily execution with staff development and performance management. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 annually. Responsibilities Provide formal supervision and conduct performance evaluations for team members Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff Assist in developing company-wide policies and procedures Collaborate with stakeholders to execute procurement strategies at various levels Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for large-scale purchases Oversee contract management processes, including terminations and renewals Manage supplier certification processes and conduct performance reviews Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred; 5-8 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. certifications, or eligibility required Experience in staffing, selection, training, and performance management preferred Strong leadership skills to motivate and enhance team performance In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset Advanced math skills for complex financial calculations Benefits 401(K) plan Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
