Country Air is a fast growing residential & light commercial company that has been serving the North Houston area since 1978. We are looking for an HVAC Technician to join our team! You will Inspect, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control checks on new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency calls
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years minimum experience in running service calls
• Must have necessary tools to run service calls
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong retail customer service skills
• Lead generation
• Bonus if you have refrigeration experience

Training:

• Country Air sends all our technicians to paid training classes throughout the year.

Pay: This position pays hourly + commission
