Job Description The ideal MARKETING & COMMUNITY OUTREACH COORDINATOR will be an experienced professional with a passion for sales, lead generation, relationship building and community outreach, able to employ unique marketing techniques. He/She will be a skilled marketing and community outreach strategist and will be able to employ unique and creative marketing campaigns. The goal is to increase the company market share in order to provide ethical and efficient chiropractic care to our surrounding community thus raising the standard for the chiropractic profession. Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO)###Tuition Reimbursement###Parental Leave### Responsibilities Protect patient confidentiality Navigate Jane App software functions including scheduling new patient Day 1, 2 and consultation appointments Design and implement a comprehensive marketing calendar with health screenings, lunch and learns, networking events, patient appreciation days, Doctor to Doctor relationship building, BNI, Chamber and more Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product or service lines etc Monitor progress and submit performance reports with statistics showing qualified new patients coming in the door and reactivation of MIA patients. Helping our digital marketing department add valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organizing the company’s publications Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as the media, doctors, lawyers, potential patients, chiropractic students and build strategic partnerships Supporting sales calls, funnels and lead generation efforts Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis Requirements Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field, recommended not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and project management skills Ability to work independently (self-starter) and as part of a team Experience with event planning and coordination Knowledge of tech stacks (Hubspot, Mailchimp, Canva, Zapier, Chat GPT, Jasper ai, Twilio, etc.) Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing #J-18808-Ljbffr
