Registered Nurse – Hospice

Schedule: M-F 8-5, with on-call/weekend rotations

Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 40 Contract Weeks: 12

Requirements:

• Strong clinical skills
• Experience in hospice or palliative care
• Ability to provide compassionate patient and family support
• Excellence in assessment and critical thinking

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care to patients and their families
• Help patients identify personal goals of care
• Support caregivers in providing care
• Lead an interdisciplinary team in patient care
• Manage symptoms across diverse diseases
• Deliver care in a variety of settings, such as private homes and assisted living facilities
