About This Role
Global Impact Education Services Inc. is seeking an experienced and passionate K–12 Lead Teacher to join the team at GECA (Global Elite Christian Academy) in Clayton County, GA. GECA is a Christ-centered, community-focused private school that serves students with a commitment to academic excellence, character development, and holistic education. As a key member of the team, the Lead Teacher will provide instructional leadership, implement curriculum, mentor teachers, and support student success across grade levels.

Model Christian values and support students' spiritual growth by demonstrating a commitment to faith-integrated learning.
Communicate effectively with parents and staff to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
Maintain accurate records in Gradelink and adhere to school policies.
Assess student progress and differentiate instruction as needed to meet the diverse needs of students.
Participate in school events, devotions, and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in education.
RequirementsEarly Childhood preferable, but not required.
A Four Year College Degree
