We're looking for an adaptable, business-minded, and ambitious Presales Solution Manager to join our revenue team. In this high-impact, customer-facing consulting role, you will guide prospective customers through discovery, guided trials, and successful selection of Dragonboat. You will connect the business and operating challenges of product and portfolio leaders to how Dragonboat addresses them, and show it live in demos.

You will serve as the bridge between our sales, product, and customer teams. To excel in this role, you need enterprise empathy with startup velocity, meaning you understand the governance, planning cadences, and operating models of large organizations, yet you move with the speed and adaptability of a high-growth startup.

(Note: While this is not an individually quota-carrying role, performance and bonus are directly tied to overall sales team success.)

What You'll Do

• Drive Business Wins: Own the selection process from first discovery through tailored demos, workshops, and guided trials.
• Lead Deep Discovery: Uncover customer product operating models, planning cadences, workflows, governance structures, and how they run Agile at scale.
• Map Challenges to Dragonboat: Translate a customer's business and operating challenges into how Dragonboat should be set up and what outcomes it will drive.
• Deliver Commanding Demos: Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect strategic goals to daily workflows.
• Guide Trials: Help prospects get value in their guided trial, with light setup of workflows that reflect their operating model.
• Manage RFI/RFPs: Own business-focused responses with clarity, precision, and credibility.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep mastering Dragonboat, product management and PDLC practices, and AI-enabled workflows to act as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

Core Experience:

• 5+ years in product management, product ops, PMO, consulting, or transformation roles in technology organizations. Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Project Manager backgrounds with a modest technical foundation are also a strong fit.
• 2+ years in client-facing consulting roles (consulting, customer success, TAM, implementation, or professional services).
• Solid understanding of PDLC, portfolio management, roadmap and quarterly planning, prioritization, and Agile, including Agile at scale.

Skills:

• Workflow fluency in tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Aha!, Linear, or Smartsheet.
• Consultative, business-focused demo skills.
• Charismatic, articulate communicator, confident with C-suite leaders, admins, and cross-functional teams.
• Fast learner with a bias for applied learning in AI and agentic tools.
• No engineering background required. We value business-focused consulting over technical customization.

Preferred: Previous experience as a Dragonboat admin or power user.
