Schedule: Day Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

What You'll Need to Get on Board

• 1 year of quality lab experience
• Steel-toes
• Strong attention to detail and focus under pressure
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift (up to) 25 lbs.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Perform routine laboratory testing on agricultural, soil health, fertilizer, and plant nutrition products.
• Collect, label, prepare, and process product samples for analysis.
• Conduct physical and chemical testing, including pH, viscosity, density, moisture, and other standard QC evaluations.
• Record and maintain accurate laboratory data and test results.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Follow laboratory SOPs, safety procedures, and quality guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management of laboratory supplies and chemicals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of laboratory work areas.
• Support investigations involving out-of-specification materials or test results.
• Communicate testing results and observations to supervisors and production personnel.
• Assist with additional lab projects and duties as assigned.
