As Head of School , you’ll lead a campus that inspires, empowers, and builds a thriving community where learning is truly customized for every student. Please note: Not all campuses serve grades 4 and 5, and specific details will be shared during the interview process. What You’ll Do: Build and lead your campus team with vision, innovation, and a culture of heart and collaboration. Inspire and develop staff through clear expectations, coaching, and professional growth. Drive enrollment through community connections, partnerships, and events. Ensure operational and fiscal health, balancing high-quality programming with smart management. Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff to create a dynamic and supportive school culture. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or higher preferred. 3–5 years of school leader experience, ideally middle or high school. Experience managing a budget, financial reporting, and tracking specific metric performance. Proven ability to build culture and lead diverse teams. Experience with enrollment growth, admissions, and business development. Passion for alternative education and supporting diverse learners. Strong organizational, communication, and relationship‑building skills. Florida residents require level 2 background screening through Why Fusion?
