Registered Dietitian (RD) Job Description: Initiate nutritional assessments within 24 hours and complete within 7 days Observe meal service in main dining area at a minimum of four times a week, other congregate dining areas as needed. Conduct meal rounds Approve menus and substitutions May assist in department when needed Staff development functions Residents rights - understand and comply with and promote all rules.
