This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy mechanical work, attention to detail, and contributing to the production of innovative agricultural equipment Key Responsibilities:- Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices safely and accurately.
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are me
- Basic Math Skills
- Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
