Franklin St: Full time: Posted Today: R-165878### **Job Description**## **Overview**We are seeking a **Senior Project Manager** to join our **Transportation Practice** in Syracuse, NY, reporting to the Sr Project Director, to support the delivery of projects with a particular focus on Roads, Bridges, and Tolls.## **Your role****Project Planning & Execution:**· Leads the project team in executing all phases of the project lifecycle.· Independently develops and manages project scope, schedule, and budget.· Develops and implements comprehensive Project Management Plans.**Financial Management:**· Manages all financial aspects of the project.· Approves subconsultant and vendor invoices.· Proactively identifies and manages budget variances and communicates financial performance to senior management.**Client & Stakeholder Management:**· Serves as the primary point of contact for the client.· Leads contract negotiations.· Represents the firm and client at public hearings and regulatory meetings.**Team Leadership & Business Development:**· Leads and directs multi-disciplinary project teams.· Mentors Project Managers and Associate PMs.· Identifies new business opportunities and participates in proposals## **About you**· Professional Engineer License is required; Bachelor’s degree is required; Graduate degree is desirable.· 15+ years professional experience, 5-8 years of direct project management experience.## **Rewards & benefits**At AtkinsRéalis, our values—Safety, Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation, and Excellence—are more than just words.
