Meanwhile, you'll have the support and resources of the fastest-growing brand in the construction industry to make it happen.Your Role on Our Team:The Gatekeeper is responsible for making sure all steps in the process are followed and anything incorrect is corrected to ensure orders make it through the system physically and systematically.You'll be Disruptive Through These Duties and Responsibilities:Read and comprehend order information and work instructionsKnowledge of all systems in the distribution centerVerifies that incoming and outgoing orders are correctVerifies that pallets and boxes match what High Jump reportsAbility to research and fix errors with orders/boxesIdentifies and corrects problem scansIdentifies and isolates errors and communicates resolutionAssist in other areas of the cell as needed, such as material handling, stocking, and packingPractice 5S and SafetyAble to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assignedThe Tools You'll Bring With You:High School or GED diploma requiredExcellent organizational skills and time management skills requiredMust possess basic math and basic computer skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to perform work per instructions and within reasonable timeMust have one year distribution center or quality experienceOther Tools We Prefer You To Have:Working Conditions: ProductionPhysical Demands:Stand for long periods of time while inspecting toolsMust be able to lift 40 pounds occasionallyFrequent bending, stoopingPhysical and Weightlifting DemandsThe physical and weightlifting demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
