Senior Business Systems Analyst Skills:

• Good communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to translate business processes into functional specifications required.
• Business Process Management and Modeling
• Data Modeling
• Graphical User Interface Design and Application Architecture Analysis
• Integration of Business functions and services
• Process automation: Recommends controls by identifying gaps and designing solutions to automate manual processes
• Awareness of Security and Privacy Risks
• Mitigates risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
• Document technical and business requirements user stories and acceptance criteria's
• Perform Deep dive analysis into the functional and architectural of legacy platform
• Accountability: Demonstrates reliability by taking necessary actions to continuously meet required deadlines and goals.
• Global Collaboration: Applies global perspective when working within a team by being aware of own style and ensuring all relevant parties are involved in key team tasks and decisions.

Desired Industry Knowledge & Years of Experience:

• Experience in Agile Development, Project Management, with Scrum Master (or similar) experience
• Previous software development lifecycle experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience
