About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Investor Relations to play a pivotal role in leading capital formation efforts and nurturing relationships within the institutional and private wealth channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development and capital raising initiatives, developing and managing a diverse range of investor relationships, and working closely with senior leadership on fundraising strategy. This role demands a professional with a proven track record in raising capital, a strong understanding of alternative investments, and excellent communication and presentation skills. Applicants for the Vice President of Investor Relations position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in relevant fields such as investor relations, capital formation, institutional sales, or business development. The ideal candidate will have a background in raising capital for alternative investment managers and possess existing relationships across various investor segments. Key qualifications include the ability to independently manage the fundraising process, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a desire to contribute to the growth of the firm. The role also involves representing the company at industry events, maintaining CRM data, and providing market intelligence to senior leadership.
