We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and outgoing Agent Success Associate to support our Director of Sales and Houston office. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the real estate business from the inside, work closely with sales leadership and agents, and take on more responsibility as they grow within the company.

$40,000 - $50,000 yearly

In this role, you’ll help keep our Houston sales team organized, engaged, and moving forward. Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Director of Sales with day-to-day sales operations and administrative needs

• Assisting with agent onboarding, training, meetings, and events

• Helping coordinate sales meetings, classes & office initiatives

• Communicating with agents and helping ensure important information and deadlines are followed

• Maintaining and updating reports, spreadsheets, CRM information, and sales-related data

• Assisting with lead programs and agent accountability

• Preparing meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and follow-up items

• Helping keep the Houston office organized and creating a welcoming environment for agents

• Supporting special projects and company initiatives as needed
