Your new role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects safely, profitably, and with exceptional quality. You will oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle - including planning, scheduling, procurement, cost control, subcontractor management, and client communication while partnering closely with Superintendents and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading all safety initiatives and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Participating in preconstruction efforts, offering constructability and schedule insights.
• Developing project schedules and updating progress regularly.
• Managing procurement, negotiating subcontracts, and overseeing subcontractor performance.
• Running owner meetings, communicating project progress, and managing changes or budget adjustments.
• Controlling costs, forecasting, and preparing monthly requisitions.
• Managing project close‑out and ensuring timely release of retention.
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting their professional development.
• Using modern construction technology in a digital-first, paperless environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects (preferably $10M+).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or similar field.
• Demonstrated success delivering profitable projects with high client satisfaction.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and dedication to quality.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office
