Job Summary:

These positions are responsible for supporting the production process through the fabrication, assembly, and inspection of advanced composite products. Location:

Duties:
• Perform manufacturing and production tasks according to established procedures and specifications.
• Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for production processes.
• Assemble and fabricate components using detailed work instructions.
• Inspect products and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Identify and report quality concerns or process improvements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing process.
• Maintain organization of materials and workstations.
• Other duties as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools and manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed.
• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or fabrication experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.


Pay:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour


Schedule:
Full-Time - 4 10s OT Optional
Day Shift and Night Shift Available
