Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with patient mobility training, fall prevention programs, and documentation in an electronic medical record preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
