Student Services Specialist / BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst JobID: 368 Position Type: Student Support Services/ BCBA Date Posted: 8/6/2026 Location: SAU 13 Office Location: SAU 13 Reports To: Director of Student Services Position: Full-Time, 210 Days Position Summary SAU 13 (Tamworth, Madison, and Freedom) is seeking a Student Services Specialist who is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct and consultative behavioral services. Working collaboratively with educators, administrators, related service providers, and families, this position supports students with behavioral, social-emotional, and developmental needs through evidence-based assessment, intervention, and staff consultation. Provide direct and consultative behavioral services to students, staff, and families. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Consult with school teams to implement, monitor, and evaluate behavioral interventions. Provide coaching and professional development on evidence-based behavioral practices and provide clinical supervision to the district's Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in accordance with BACB requirements. Monitor student progress using data and recommend intervention adjustments as needed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to support positive student outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with applicable district, state, and federal requirements. Qualifications Required Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential. Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to provide both direct student services and consultation to school personnel. Preferred Experience working in a public school setting. Knowledge of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS). Terms of Employment Full-time, 210-day position. Salary and benefits in accordance with SAU 13 policies and applicable agreements.
