Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview Responsible for managing store operations, employee staffing, training, and performance evaluations to ensure efficient daily functioning. Supervises merchandise ordering, stocking, presentation, and inventory control to meet sales and stock targets. Ensures compliance with safety, security, and company policies, maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Provides excellent customer service and manages cash handling, cashier accountability, and store security procedures. Evaluates financial performance through operating statements, identifying trends and expense opportunities. Recruits, hires, trains, and develops staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Supports store safety, ensures proper use of fixtures, signage, and tools, and completes all required documentation. Qualifications & Skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to interpret safety and operating procedures and perform basic math calculations. Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and security practices. Experience in retail management, recruitment, and staff development preferred. Ability to solve problems, adapt to various situations, and demonstrate leadership. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 55 pounds, and perform manual tasks regularly. Key Duties Recruit, select, and retain qualified employees. Train staff, conduct performance reviews, and address gaps or disciplinary issues. Manage store opening and closing, staffing levels, and customer service standards. Analyze sales, inventory, and expense data to optimize store performance.
