Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production schedules
• Allocate resources effectively for optimal output
• Maintain quality control throughout the production process
• Manage a team of 16+ production staff
• Optimize manufacturing processes using Lean methodologies
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Manage production budgets and cost control
• Control inventory levels and oversee equipment maintenance
• Generate production reports for management
• Coordinate with vendors to secure necessary materials
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production management
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing techniques
• Bilingual in Spanish is beneficial
