A well- established,privately owned outpatient pain management practice in Pensacola, FL is seekinga Non-Interventional Pain Management Physician to join its multidisciplinaryteam. This position is ideal for a physician trained in PM&R, Neurology, orAnesthesiology who prefers a conservative, patient-centered approach to painmanagement and values a predictable weekday schedule.

Position Highlights:

• 100% outpatient,office-based practice
• No call, nights, or weekends
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM –5:00 PM
• Predictable schedulesupporting excellent work-life balance
• Emphasis onnon-interventional, conservative pain management
• Patient population primarilypersonal injury with some workers’ compensation
• Collaborative,multidisciplinary team including neurology and rehabilitation services
• Privately owned,well-established practice with strong administrative support

Compensation & Benefits:

• Year 1 base salary: $300,000– $350,000+
• Year 2: Transition to a drawon a percentage of collections

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accreditedmedical school
• Board Certified or BoardEligible in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology
• Completion of anACGME-accredited residency in a relevant specialty
• Active Florida medicallicense or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical judgment,communication, and teamwork skills
• Experience with personalinjury or workers’ compensation cases preferred, but not required
