Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Stepdown or PCU setting
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication abilities
• Experience with electronic health records preferred
