Position Summary Center for Family Services seeks an experienced educational professional for the Teacher Assistant position. The Assistant Teacher will support the Teacher in daily classroom operations, planning, carrying out activities, and maintaining the classroom environment, including planning, record keeping and other duties as assigned. Locations Delanco, New Jersey Job Status Part Time Duties and Responsibilities The Teacher Assistant treats colleagues and students with respect and dignity, promotes culturally competent care, assists students with assignments and tasks, copies worksheets, prepares bulletin boards, performs clerical tasks, keeps the classroom organized, assists with home visits and conferences, attends staff meetings, reviews progress, and adheres to Mosaic Early Learning's Performance Standards, local regulations, and the Code of Ethics. The Assistant also reports suspected child abuse and neglect per New Jersey guidelines.
