Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Lake Placid Health & Rehab
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Lake Placid Health & Rehab in Lake Placid, Florida. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Lake Placid Health & Rehab, you will be responsible for:
Providing direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
Assisting with meals and snacks, as well as maintaining a clean and safe environment
Encouraging resident participation in activities and promoting socialization and engagement
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services provided

Lake Placid Health & Rehab is a 180-bed skilled nursing facility that has been a trusted part of the Lake Placid community for over 40 years. Our facility provides a full continuum of care, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, memory care, and respite services. We are proud to be part of the AOM/Eagle Point Healthcare family, which operates numerous senior living and rehabilitation residences in Ohio, New York, and Florida.
