Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Type: Full-Time (Mon - Fri)
Location: San Jose, CA
Work Setting: School Setting
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
- Support students with autism and complex behavioral or developmental needs
- Collaborate with teachers, psychologists, therapists, and support staff
- Provide staff coaching, mentorship, and behavioral training
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Support nonverbal or minimally verbal students using AAC devices and communication systems
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and educational planning
- Ensure ethical and evidence-based behavioral practices are maintained
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
- Active BCBA certification required
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience required
- Experience working with individuals with autism and complex support needs
- Experience in school-based, special education, therapeutic educational, or nonpublic school settings required
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and staff coaching abilities
- Experience training and mentoring staff preferred
- Adult services experience highly valued
