Job Description As a Security Officer Unarmed Mobile Driver in Bozeman, MT , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Security Officer at a busy retail location, you will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will communicate clearly with customers and team members while supporting a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, reliability, and care. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $23.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeWed11:00 AM - 11:00 PMFri10:00 AM - 11:00 PM Sat11:00 AM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, entrances, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to deter theft, trespassing, and other unauthorized activity. Prepare accurate reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
