What You’ll Do · Manufacture custom orthotic devices to precise specifications
· Shape, grind, trim, and finish products using specialized equipment
· Operate grinders, band saws, CNC equipment, and other fabrication tools
· Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process for quality and accuracy
· Meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality standards
· Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
· Follow established manufacturing procedures and quality standards

· Can stay focused while performing repetitive tasks
· Is dependable with a strong work ethic
· Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work

Experience That’s Helpful (but not required)· Manufacturing or production experience
· CNC, machining, fabrication, woodworking, or assembly experience
· Experience using shop equipment such as grinders, routers, or band saws
