Data Analyst Lead

Data AnalystWith advanced knowledge and expertise, this position provides critical support for the quality, validity and integrity of confidential data to use in decision making and organizational efficiency improvement initiatives. The Data Analyst retrieves, analyzes and summarizes business, medical, operations, financial, sales, customer and/or economic data in order to develop competitive and business intelligence, to optimize effectiveness and/or predict business outcomes. Incumbent identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns and prepares ongoing reports and data visualizations in order to support business decisions. Incumbent is expected to serve as a coach and mentor with advanced data analytics knowledge.RequirementsEDUCATIONBachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Math, Business, Data Science/Informatics, Actuarial Science, Healthcare Management, or other related field.
