Central Fill Pharmacy Inventory Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Job Functions: Ensure accuracy, safety, quality, and regulatory standards are met daily Effectively coordinate and coach the pharmacy technicians to achieve maximum daily production Identify training opportunities and assist in providing training Resolve basic hardware issues that arise during daily operations Assist with maintaining inventory control Perform administrative duties including interpreting production reports, creating schedules and correspondence to stores and suppliers Provide technical support to all areas of the Central Fill facility as well as supporting stores Communicate and ensure HIPPA compliance and security Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

QUALIFICATIONS

Desired Previous Job Experience One year of supervisory experience or greater Knowledge of Pharmacy systems National Technician certification Associates Degree Minimum Position Qualifications Must possess National or Kroger technician certification Must be at least 18 years of age Must possess high school diploma or equivalent Demonstrated leadership experience Proven problem solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to trouble shoot and correct PC hardware issues Excellent multitasking skills Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products $70,400.00 - $86,700.00 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Kroger Family of Companies
