The General Manager directs all aspects of hotel operations and revenue and creates a vision that inspires hotel associates to exceed guest expectations, while simultaneously controlling costs and expenses to achieve the hotel’s financial objectives.
Your Impact:
- Lead all hotel operations, from guest service to financial management.
- Drive guest satisfaction with inspiring leadership and vision.
- Ensure brand standards, cost control, and sustainability efforts.
